Quartiers Properties is a Swedish-owned real estate development company listed on Nasdaq First North in Stockholm. The company’s business is geographically focused on Spain. Quartiers mainly invests in properties aimed at an affluent international target group.

Key Milestones
Year 2014
The company is founded under the name Flexshare since an idea of the apartment purchase in Benahavís was to develop timeshare living. The company was then renamed to Quartiers Properties, which fit at the time with the defined objective to capitalize on the recovery of the Spanish property sector.
Year 2015
First acquisitions of apartments, ready and to be developed, from Aliseda.
Year 2016
Quartiers preference shares are admitted for trading on NGM Nordic MTF at SEK 10 per share. Further investments are acquired in Hacienda Cifuentes in Benahavis.
Year 2017
The Company’s shares are listed on Nasdaq First North Stockholm. Centro Forestal Sueco and Amapura projects are acquired.
Year 2018
Current CEO of Quartiers is appointed, being previously the CFO since 2016. Gran Vista project is completed and delivered to buyers. The Group obtains bank financing and starts the refurbishment of Centro Forestal (Boho Club). An Option on a plot next to Centro Forestal is signed. WeCap Spain is acquired. First Frux loan is obtained.
år 2019
Arcano and the second Frux loans are signed to finance Boho Club refurbishment and also acquire Boho shares from former partner, Raler Soluciones Integrales, S.L. Boho Club restaurant opens at the end of August and the hotel in mid-December.
Year 2020
Covid-19 pandemic hits the world and businesses temporarily shuts down. The mother company obtains 17M€ loan from D.E.Shaw to refinance existing loans and to avail cash to survive the crisis.
Year 2021
The pandemic continues with temporary closure and on-off restrictions. Quartiers focuses this year on managing cost and refinancing expensive D.E.Shaw loan.
Year 2022
D.E.Shaw. loan is refinanced with a more competitive loan with Alantra for 18,5M€. The option on the plot next to Boho Club is executed.
