The project has been sold exclusively by Quartiers’ jointly owned subsidiary Quartiers Estates, based in Puerto Banús. Phase 1 of the project, consisting of 10 apartments, was delivered to buyers in September 2018 and the complete handover of phase 2 took place in 2019.
The apartments are part of the Hacienda del Señorío de Cifuentes apartment complex, so buyers have access to the complex’s full range of services, including pool restaurant with heated pool. Most buyers in the 22byQuartiers project have chosen to sign up to Quartiers’ concierge programme, which provides assistance with everything from contact with the local authorities to help with letting.
